I finally got the lighting out for some proper portraits of the people we work with on our wildlife tours in Kenya.
Jaros is our main man in Kenya. His job description is pretty much “everything. Our trips would not be the same without him.
James, aka “Triple O Seven” is not only the funniest man in Africa, but my favorite guide. He knows exactly what I want before I even do.
Benjamin is a guest favorite in the Masai Mara, and you can ask him about anything growing, walking, flying or crawling and he’ll know the answer.
Ndepei’s role is multifaceted, but we know him best as the slingshot man, keeping those baboons and vervet monkeys away from guest tents (even though I don’t want them away).
Julius has a quiet, dry sense of humor that we love. Even if it did take us a few years to realize it.
Ben is a newer favorite. He understands how much a small change in position can matter to a photograph, and he wants to find the perfect angle as much as I do.
Elizabeth is always there to welcome us back from game drives and make sure we have everything we need while back at camp.
Mick joined us just this year in Samburu. Looking forward to working with him again on future trips.
